Howard Davis, ITL Program Manager

Howard Davis is a Distinguished Member of Technical Staff in Verizon Corporate Network & Technology organization. In this role, he directs the Independent Testing Laboratories (ITL) Testing Certification Program and manages the Verizon Wireless NEBS initiative. In addition to being a RABQSA certified Lead Auditor, Mr. Davis is Verizon’s NEBS Technical Leader, with oversight for product analysis, standards review and policy development. Howard holds degrees in Electronic Engineering Technology , Business, Management and Economics, and is enrolled in graduate study at Stevens Institute of Technology.
