Verizon Communications is pleased to host its 16th annual NEBS Conference in Scottsdale, Arizona on October 6-7, 2010.  The event is co-sponsored by UL, a Verizon-certified independent testing laboratory, and will provide an unique opportunity for participants to learn how the convergence of wireless and broadband networks will create new services and applications that providers will use to transform their networks and businesses.  Particular emphasis is being placed on the Wireless sector, which is quickly advancing 3G systems while developing the architecture and tools needed to move beyond to 4G.

This year’s event will be held at the beautiful Camelback Inn resort located in Scottsdale, AZ.  Please join AT&T, UL and Verizon at NEBS 2010 and discover how LTE and IMS are shaping technologies in the RAN and Core networks.  Energy Efficiency will again be explored as providers seek to push operational cost lower while extending the service life of products.

AT&T and Verizon will present their respective views of the integration of the communications and broadband sectors.  And, innovations in fiber optic technology will be examined in the context of supporting backhaul networks that operate at dazzling speeds.  We invite you to come see how the evolution of wireless and broadband networks are driving technology innovation, substitution and growth in new markets.  Equipment manufacturers, test laboratories, and systems integrators will all find value in attending this unique conference event.
